The HR Team operates globally, led by the firm's Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) based in the London office. The team supports the firm's law firm business and professional services business (registered office, corporate and fiduciary services).

THE ROLE

The HR Data Analyst is a new role, supporting the HR Business Systems Lead in the strategic replacement of the firm's HR system enabled by simplified, standardised, global processes supported by a global system accessible anytime, anywhere, on any device, and in the ongoing support of the HR system after the completion of the transformation project.

This is an exciting opportunity to use continuous improvement and process optimisation skills and industry knowledge to deliver business value by identifying opportunities for improved efficiency and service to our people.

The role will help ensure the HR strategy is adequately supported by the new HR system, working directly with HR leadership, Project Management Office, and other key stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and enhancements to the system. During the HR system replacement project, the HR Data Analyst will work closely with the HR Systems Lead providing project support, working on a backlog of essential tasks to build and refine the delivery of transformation and services that underpin the organisations’ HR operations, with specific focus on data migration.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for supporting the data migration including data collection, data cleanse and data loading during the HRIS transformation project
  • Responsible for defining and supporting the implementation of reporting requirements
  • Responsible for data analysis, reporting and visualisation
  • Identify, manage and resolve critical information and data quality issues.
  • Responsible for HR data management
  • Responsible for reviewing current HR metrics and reporting provisions
  • Responsible for the management of data in and out of the HRIS
  • Responsible for understanding the wider HR agenda in order to provide relevant insights
  • Provide subject matter expertise to solve functional incidents and problems in the digital solutions, and contribute to solution release changes and improvement activities.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • HR data analysis experience
  • HR reporting experience
  • HR data migration experience
  • HR transformation / HR system migrations
  • HR system management in BAU
  • The ability to interpret and present data in a simple and meaningful way, with experience of storytelling using metrics and using data to make informed recommendations
  • Agile delivery / Continuous Improvement / Lean

TECHNICAL / PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • Advanced Excel & data analysis skills
  • Ideally, database / SQL experience including MS Access
  • HR systems knowledge such as Workday, SAP or Oracle.
