An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR MI & Reporting Analyst within the HR Directorate. This is an innovative role where creativity is encouraged as you become an ESHT trailblazer to help shape the future workforce.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and analytical team player with strong numerical ability, who can thrive in a busy, fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will have worked on the development and delivery of management information in either the private or public sector and can demonstrate analytical thinking and processing skills using appropriate tools. You will be naturally curious about data and telling the story, able to prioritise work to tight deadlines as well, as have excellent communication and organisational skills and a high attention to detail.
You will need Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation, transforming, loading and presenting data in accessible formats.
You will be supported to develop your workforce analysis skills within a supportive department with a structured career path.
