Position: HR Customer Service Advisor
Location: Milton Keynes (MK4)
Salary: £28,000
Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday. Day-time hours only (Hybrid - 3 days office working per week)
Contract Type: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (Full-Time)

The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Provide timely, accurate advice, support and guidance on end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including new vacancies, joiners, movers, leavers, pay changes, special leave types and compensation.
- Provide timely, accurate advice on employee relations policy and processes, pay and grading, terms and conditions of employment, diversity, and development issues.
- Liaise with the People Performance Case Management team in relation to more complex HR issues.
- Resolve day to day customer service enquiries, issues, and complaints, escalating as appropriate, and deal with any service recovery.
- Administer and process redundancy calculations, compromise agreements and bi-annual health checks, within agreed procedures, standards, and timescales, complying with all statutory requirements.
- Ensure that all employee data is entered into Oracle and associated HR systems in a timely, accurate and consistent manner, whilst ensuring accurate and comprehensive employee information.
- Action workflow requests in a timely and consistent manner to agreed standards and targets whilst ensuring a high level of customer service satisfaction.
- To assist Data Protection with organisational processes necessary for handling Subject Access Requests and other requests for personal data from external authorities.

Now, here's what we need from you:
- Previous Customer Service, Call Centre or Shared Services experience would be advantageous.
- Ability to analyse and interpret complex written information and quickly identify problems and find workable solutions
- Experience in using MS Excel, PowerPoint & Oracle HRMS (desirable)A careful listener and a creative problem solver
- Deals with confidential or sensitive issues discreetly
- Be a team player with the ability to motivate and work alongside others and share best practice
