Education: Any Graduate/MS Office
Job Responsibilities :
- Overseeing the day-to-day activities of Administrative Assistants
Purchasing office supplies and maintaining office equipment
Enforcing compliance with health, safety and security of staff and environmental standards in the office.
Overseeing the use and maintenance of the building
Preparing regular reports on the office budget and expenses
Creating and updating office policies and procedures to enhance efficiencies.
Monitoring staff performance and handling disciplinary issues.
Collaborating with the human resources department on staff recruitment and training.
Handled payroll, salary transfers. Staff grievances, new hiring and on boarding
Knowledge in UK Tax law & Labor laws is mandatory
Petty cash, transport arrangements with licenses.
Employee Insurance coordination
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Human resources: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- CIPD (preferred)
