Overview
We’re looking for an awesome HR Coordinator to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract, based in our Chiswick office, on a hybrid basis. You will collaborate with our People and Culture Partners as well as directly communicating with our employees, to support them day to day with queries relating to benefits administration, compensation, HRIS and Case Management systems functionalities via our Employee Connection Portal. We are looking for a meticulous, proactive and organised individual who is comfortable with operational SLAs and who is able to escalate where necessary. You will need to be an individual who has integrity and confidentiality as top of mind at all times and can ensure data accuracy for employee records.
Your Role Accountabilities...
Support employees, line managers and external vendors with diverse queries and service requests across various communication channels, including case management, and email
Serve as front line payroll & data administration, answering questions while escalating to Employee Connection Specialist and Employee Connection management as needed
Support and guide employees on how to complete self-service transactions as required
Manage and action cases requested by employees in Workday and ServiceNow
Process and improve employee data from self-service transactions as required
Consistently execute People & Culture transactional services according to agreed service levels
Work collaboratively as a global team with other areas of the People & Culture team or other Warner Bros Discovery teams (such as Global Technology & Operations) to resolve escalated or misdirected employee questions
Ensure integrity and accuracy of employee records
Perform data processing for all transactions in People & Culture systems
Maintain organizational structures within the People & Culture systems
Assist with testing related of People & Culture systems if required
Participate in People & Culture projects and initiatives to improve processes and drive efficiencies system
Conduct audits and quality assurance testing to ensure accuracy of transactions and processes
Perform other responsibilities as assigned which may become essential to the position
Qualifications & Experience...
Proven customer service or HR experience in a global organisation
Knowledge of People & Culture (HR) Systems such as ServiceNow and Workday
Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
Good communication skills and confidence to deal with people at all levels across the organisation
Ability to prioritise workload
Good analytical skills
Customer focus and team working skills
Ability to prioritize and address competing demands; multi-tasking capacity critical
Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
