The Percy Hedley Foundation has an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinator to join our team. You will support the HR and Recruitment function of the charity by assisting with the recruitment journey for our applicants.
At Percy Hedley we are always looking for talented people to join the team and you will be a key player in this. The Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinator will work with managers from across our services to publish adverts, find the right candidates and secure them for Percy Hedley.
The successful candidate will truly be a people person, keen to speak with our candidates and to help facilitate every part of the onboarding process. Building and maintaining relationships is key to this role. You will have experience in a recruitment setting and handling high volumes of applications.
It is critical that the successful candidate has good attention to detail and takes pride in the quality of their work. Strong verbal and written communication skills are also important as well as the ability to work constructively across teams and sites.
Experience of working within recruitment services in a relevant environment, such as health, social care or education is highly desirable.
Opportunities for professional development will be offered such as a level 3 CIPD qualification.
