Job description
Due to continued growth Mercian Weldcraft Ltd, Trading as Special Formwork are looking for a MIG Welder.
Permanent full-time position
Immediate start Available.
39 hrs Per Week
Monday – Thursday 0800 – 1700
Friday 0800 – 1300
The right candidate will have previously worked as a steel welder and have experience welding in a factory environment.
Mercian Weldcraft are a long-established 2nd generation family business located in Aldridge, West Midlands and have been operating since 1958.
We manufacture bespoke formwork products and other construction related equipment and additionally provide subcontract laser cutting, pressing and fabrications.
Day to day each job and project is varied and diverse and with current workloads increasing we are looking to increase our team, with motivated and skilled individuals.
Typical duties will include: -
Steel Welding
Assisting other team members on large projects
Interpreting drawings
Own Area Cleanliness
Successful candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
Competitive salary offered depending on experience.
