St Wilfrid’s Hospice provides end of life support to the population of Eastbourne and the surrounding parts of East Sussex, from our stunning hospice building and through our highly skilled community teams. The Role:

Due to internal promotion we have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resource and Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidates will act as first point of contact for the day to day HR enquiries. You will be responsible for the administration of all transactional HR activities including processing starters and leavers, generating offer letters, contracts of employment, contract changes and the administration of staff sickness absence, while maintaining HR systems and databases and ensuring the smooth and effective running of the HR function.
This is a varied role which will give you the opportunity to develop a wide range of skills. We are seeking a self-starter with meticulous attention to detail, experience of HR administration, excellent communication and organisational skills, and an approachable and confident manner when dealing with people at all levels.
