Here at Sciensus a new opportunity has arisen for a HR Coordinator.
This will be a hybrid working role, coming into our Burton office at least once a week.
Essentially you will provide professional and effective administrative support to the wider HR team and business, administering the HR process across the employment life cycle.
You will be experienced in maintaining efficient systems and processes accurately, whilst providing support to a HR function and Managers.
We will expect you to contribute in achieving the HR functions KPI’s and to ensure all HR administration complies with relevant Care Quality Commission standards and other legislative requirements.

This all sounds great - What key skills do I need to apply:
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent)
- Substantial work-based HR experience in a busy HR administrative position.
- Possess a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.
- Experience of using an HR Database and standard I.T. packages.
- Desirable - CIPD level 3 or above (or equivalent)
