Are you a people-orientated & dynamic individual with experience in Human Resources? I'm currently working with a communications consultancy, specialising in the built environment, which is looking to hire a HR Co-Ordinator for their expanding HR Team!
What does the role look like?
As a HR Co-Ordinator, you will oversee all recruitment across the group, build talent networks, support the business to create & implement a recruitment plan & attraction stratergy, develop training courses for employees & support the HR team in delivering projects.
What are they looking for in a HR Co-Ordinator?
- Generalist HR experience, with knowledge of employment law & managing HR projects
- Excellent knowledge of the whole Recruitment process and using application tracking systems
- Able to identify recruitment best practice and the measures that drive performance
- Able to balance immediate and long term needs of the business & the team through planning and priortisation of work
- Excellent communication skills
- A strong technical ability in Office 365; including Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
