We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support in all areas of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. - Enforce human resources policies and procedures.
- Maintain PTO time and assist employees with any time off questions.
- Monitors and ensures the organization’s compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management.
- Develop and maintain employee records.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain employee files and records in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding/offboarding activities.
- Assist with employee benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Conduct exit interviews and prepare termination paperwork.
- Assist with corporate events and office management duties.
- Performs other duties as required.

- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS and talent management systems.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required;
- At least three years of human resource management experience required.
- Minimum 1 year of hospitality experience a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
