Job Summary
Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, this position is responsible for supporting the efforts of the Human Resources Department in the day-to-day operation while performing diversified duties in the administration and management of the Human Resources function to include but not limited to benefits, recognition, recruiting, compliance, employee relations, and communications.
Essential Functions
- Manage assigned human resources functions consistent with the overall strategic plan and vision for the department and Lansdowne Resort.
- Ensure the delivery of service within Human Resources is consistent with our Global Standards and service philosophy by providing quality, timely and effective assistance with associate questions, issues and concerns.
- Responsible for all onboarding paperwork, data entry to HRIS. Making sure associate are set up with employee numbers (if applicable).
- Responsible for all benefits enrollments for new hires.
- Responsible for submitting payroll deductions (for example, shoes for crews).
- Processing all PARs (status change forms).
- Assist in the area of HRIS and compliance as needed to include employment/wage verifications, I-9 re-verifications, HR file and folder maintenance, etc.
- Manage general office administration including office supply inventory, employee file maintenance.
- Responsible for employee verification letters (for wage and positions only).
- Name tags.
- Cafeteria passes.
- Preparing the HR calendar on monthly basis
- In charge of planning and executing the Luncheon with Human Resources Director and Managing Director.
- Posting job listings on weekly basis on HR bulletins and email outreach.
- Keeping up to date records of all TIPS and Spa Licenses.
- Submitting FMLA requests and communications to assistant HRD for processing.
- Virginia New- Hire Reporting.
- Adhere to departmental policies; work as directed and complete all work assignments within assigned time frame.
- Setting up and tracking new hires in Hireology and BizLibrary.
- Assist with recruiting by reviewing new applicants and forwarding them to perspective department heads.
- Assist with coordinating interviews and possible job offers.
- Perform additional HR duties and special projects as requested.
