Key Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Providing support with the onboarding process, creating, and updating employee records in the HR system and issuing new starter paperwork
Managing the HR inbox, responding to all queries in a timely manner and providing great customer service
Carrying out data and system audits to ensure all records comply and are up to date
Helping to coordinate and input into Learning and Development and Peakon initiatives
Supporting the HR Business Partners providing generalist HR services in addition to working as part of the wider HR team
Sending out reference requests / responding to reference requests
Working with the HRBPs to update key policies and procedures
Working with the Internal Communication team to keep the staff directory and Intranet up to date, and ad hoc projects.
Preparing letters for Visa applications and travel insurance.
Coaching line managers to prompt them to follow key HR processes
Checking all job applicants have qualifying eligibility to work and maintaining an accurate record of this
Low level ER cases with support from HRBP
