Are you ready to play a successful part within our Warehouse team?
We’re looking for an all-star warehouse operator to join our small warehouse team as a multi-discipline operative. Your goal is singular which is to ensure our customer gets their order on time and in full thereby helping to establish our company as the #1 authority in the Public Sector & Infrastructure industry.
The right candidate will possess the heart of a team player and the ability to communicate during high pressure periods to deliver customer orders successfully.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient & timely processing of receipting of goods
- Able to provide value-adding services to wide range of customer products
- Knowledge and expereince of picking & packing
- Despatch goods in a timely manner to ensure freight times are met
- Operate warehouse software
- Processing paperwork, matching orders with delivery notes and goods received notes
- Assist with stock taking routines within a periodic timescale.
- Maintain housekeeping 5s and follow all Health and Safety procedures at all times
- Other ad hoc duties as required by the Warehouse or Operations Manager
Skills:
- 2 years experience in warehousing (required)
- 2 years of experience operating Microsoft Office (preffered)
- Counterbalance Forklift License (required)
- Have basic English reading/writing skills and good maths skills
- Have good verbal communication
- Have strong skills and experience using a computer and systems
Employment
- Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:30
Salary
- £12,600
