About you
We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join Frugi, based in the heart of Cornwall, to help recruit and maintain a happy, healthy, and productive workforce. You will be confident in delivering a comprehensive and professional generalist HR service to all managers and staff, throughout our organisation. You will also act as a role model, inspiring others and projecting the company values in all that you do. This is a fast-paced role and will require you to be super organised, adaptable, and comfortable engaging with stakeholders at various levels across the business.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Function as the first point of contact for all employees and resolving first line queries in a customer focussed and timely manner.
- Provide accurate and sound advice to employees and managers, as required, on our policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date HR systems and employee records while always ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Lead and manage the recruitment process end to end for each vacancy, collaborating with hiring managers to shape a robust and thorough selection process.
- Manage all employee administration throughout their lifecycle with the company, including onboarding, probation reviews, amendments to terms and conditions of employment, benefits, annual performance reviews, reference requests and leaver correspondence.
- Compile information to provide to the accounts team for monthly payroll, including hours, sickness, holiday, and unpaid leave.
- Identify training needs within the business and organise training courses as required.
- Provide support and advice to line managers on formal and sometimes complex HR processes.
- Compile, analyse and present key HR data, for example staff metrics, holiday data, sickness absence, turnover data, providing ad hoc reports as required.
- Regularly measure employee satisfaction, analysing and reporting results and identifying areas that require improvement. Provide well considered solutions for improvements.
- Working with HR managers within the Refined Brands group to provide HR support to group and cross-brand departments.
Desirable Capabilities
- Educated to at least CIPD level 3 or equivalent experience.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Highly organised, methodical with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritising and managing tasks.

Salary: £28,000.00 per year
