HR Coordinator

London

BMG is seeking a passionate and experienced HR Coordinator to join our team for an exciting 6-month contract! In this vital role, you'll be instrumental in delivering a seamless HR service to all stakeholders. As the backbone of our HR administrative function, you will oversee the entire employee life cycle, from employment and onboarding to offboarding, employee changes, benefits, and payroll support. What You'll Be Doing.

  • Manage the end-to-end process of the employee life cycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and general administration.
  • Produce contractual documents for new starters, leavers, employee changes, consultant agreements, bonus letters, etc.
  • Support HR Business Partners with consultant management, including IR35 assessments.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employees, handling HR inquiries via the HR inbox.
  • Assist HR Business Partners and People Leaders handling the initial steps of employment relations issues such as grievances, disciplinaries and employee wellbeing.
  • Update and maintain the HR system with employee data and changes.
  • Support HR Operations & Analytics Manager with pension and payroll administration, including accurate monthly amends.
  • Coordinate new employee inductions, including welcome packs and induction scheduling.
  • Manage and maintain all benefit administration.
  • Conduct exit interviews and assist with monthly HR reporting.


Who You Are.

  • Experienced, Senior HR Administrator/Coordinator seeking a new challenge.
  • Confident, credible, and adaptable to changing requirements.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent collaboration, organization, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office packages (PPT, Excel, Word).
  • Passionate about music.


It's also a plus if you have...

  • Experience in digitizing processes and using technology for increased efficiency.
  • Part qualified CIPD (level 3-5) and desire to advance in a progressive environment.
