HR Co-Ordinator
£28,000
Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the build of the HR function, implementing processes and systems to deliver objectives, playing an active part in the business ethos and strategy.
- Support in maintaining the HR system (Moorepay) and associated records, such as sickness and holiday entitlement.
- Get involved in ER issues, recruitment, employee engagement, monitoring absence and organisational change.
- Prepare and process letters, meeting minutes and other documents as and when required.
- Supporting the life cycle of a roles recruitment - from approval to offer and any other ad hoc administrative tasks related to the management of that role.
- Pre-calling applicants, confirming interviews, managing job offers.
- Supporting with the on boarding of candidates, i.e providing contracts, clock-cards, organising correct PPE, providing a positive on-boarding experience.
- Co-ordination of Occupational Health
- Working with and coaching the wider teams on people policies
- Play an active part in engagement and wellbeing activities
- Taking on any extra ad hoc tasks required by HR team
Skills Required:
- Previously worked in a HR environment preferred dealing with ER and recruitment activity
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
- Strong in systems - Microsoft Office such as word, EXCEL, powerpoint.
- Knowledge of undertaking a broad range of tasks including working with and advising employees and line managers on employee relations issues
- Strong communications skills, including the ability to listen to the needs of others
