About the Role
Reporting into the People Director, this role will help support the continued growth of Azerion and you will champion the embedding of quality People working practices and procedures to support the business growth strategy. Provide high quality People support to effectively and proactively deliver a range of day-to-day operational People activities and support on projects being implemented with high growth in mind.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Ownership of the administration of the employee life cycle from onboarding to exit, including completion of contracts and offers.
- Maintaining compliance with all paperwork
- Assisting with HR processes for other territories - potential to expand in this area.
- Conducting exit Interviews and escalating where necessary.
- Managing all BambooHR (HR system) activity, ensuring accuracy with any changes and management of the organisational chart.
- Administrating the recruitment process from managers needs to advertising and collaborating with external recruitment agencies as required.
- Partner with Finance to administer the monthly Payroll and Pension contributions.
- Providing support on executing the HR plan and the opportunity to get Involved with ongoing projects.
- Providing support with ER cases as required.
- Create monthly HR reporting as required for staff retention/turnover, engagement, sickness/absence
- Identify opportunities to improve HR policies, procedures, and people practices to ensure compliance with legislation.
- Keeping us compliant as a recruiter & employer and being a guardian of our people integrity
- Build strong partnerships with our external people partners – HR & reward portals; recruiters; HR & legal advisors; training providers; and other stakeholders
- Work closely with the office manager making sure the office is a great environment to work in
- Sit on the culture team and help to plan and manage cultural events
About you
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and whizz at multitasking, whilst being an organised, competent and resourceful individual with a passion for Human Resources.
- Proven HR Coordinator experience
- Ability to work autonomously
- Proven attention to detail and time management skills
- Enthusiasm to learn about HR operating queries
- Comfortable being the first port of call for the HR team and escalating where necessary
- Ability to identify and implement improvements in processes
- Experience with payroll a bonus
- Can work well in a team or on their own, managing workload independently

This is a full-time role with a modern office space in 10 minutes walk from London Bridge that also has a dog friendly floor! We operate a hybrid working model with staff working from the office 2-3 days a week.
