Fixed Term Contract. Based in Whitley. Hourly rate £16.90 PAYE or £22.17 Umbrella.
Hybrid Working
A customer experience HR Consultant is required to work in a busy contact centre. The Consultant will receive escalated employee queries that employees are unable to resolve by engaging in virtual bot chat or by referring to the company FAQs section of the HR support function.
The successful applicant must have experience in HR dealing with employee queries. Experience of working with trade unions to resolve issues is a distinct advantage.
You will be a confident communicator with experience of dealing with all level of internal and external stakeholders. You must also be happy working in a contact/call centre.
