Having acquired multiple businesses in the past year, the WorkNest team is growing fast, so we’re looking for a passionate HR Consultant to join our friendly HR Consultancy Team.
Why your role matters
This role is integral to our service delivery teams and the development of long-lasting relationships with our clients. Managing a dedicated portfolio of clients, across all sectors and of varying sizes, you’ll provide a full HR generalist service to a dedicated portfolio of clients, as well as supporting with ad-hoc complex HR projects.
What you’ll be doing
The HR Consultant role brings with it variety and the opportunity to grow and be challenged professionally every day – no two days are the same as you support your clients through a range of HR related matters and projects.
Using a pragmatic and commercial approach, you’ll work proactively with clients understanding and anticipating their needs and challenges in a range of HR matters, from disciplinary, performance management; capability, absence management and grievances. As well as acting as first point of contact for your clients on a range of Employment Law and best practice HR matters. You should be comfortable working in a fast paced and varied environment.
You will work with a range of clients, some of who have a HR provision, looking for strategic support to those clients who have no HR provision and will require coaching and guiding through employee relations matters.
Where you’ll be working
This is a hybrid role with an office base in London or Horsham (a minimum of one day per week in the office, with the rest of the week remote). That way, you’ll be able to work collaboratively with colleagues to effectively deliver our services, while also having some quieter time to focus on your workload without distraction.
