Job Introduction
TLT are searching for a HR Employee Relations Specialist to join the HR Consulting Business Function. With an ever-increasing demand on HR professionals and a limit on resources, HR teams are more stretched than ever before. The HR Consulting Team has been designed to take the pressure off these teams. Therefore, we at TLT are searching for an individual who is driven, ambitious and committed to delivering exceptional service and support to our clients.
Role Responsibility
As a HR Employee Relations Specialist, you will be carrying out the following tasks;
- Provide expert advice, guidance, support and coaching to managers to resolve employee relations cases
- Develop and improve the management of employee relations issues through consultancy, coaching and learning interventions
- Reviewing existing employee policies, procedures, and practices, to make recommendations and implement changes to ensure the achievement of business strategy
- Assist in the implementation of the ER Strategy and initiatives
- Experience in the following will also be required;
- Mediations and Grievances
- Performance Management
- Employment Law
- Whistleblowing Policies and Procedures
