Job description
Supports supervisors and employees by delivering HR support that enhances organizational performance and focuses on moments that matter. Executes HR services and transactions that are aligned with the Centers of Expertise (CoE) and HR Services. Provides assistance to the HR Business Partner to execute HR services aligned to the CoEs and HR Services operation.
Provides assistance to HR Business Partners and HR Consultants with communicating and implementing key HR initiatives and changes impacting employees and managers.- Provides input to the HR planning process to align with unit strategic plan as a resource to managers and employees on routine and moderate HR activities and projects. Guides individuals to requisite HR tools and resources to support daily operations.
- Responds to general questions and provides connectivity to the appropriate resource for resolution.
- Partners with talent acquisition to ensure that recruiting strategies and processes and procedures are adhered to by hiring managers, with emphasis on student hiring.
- Responsible for daily transactions in Workday such as data entry as well as approving and initiating tasks.
Required Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; 2 years of relevant experience required
Desired Education/Experience

Target Hiring Range: $53,800-$57,500
