We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Specialist with an interest in working in a professional services environment.
The ideal candidate will be an individual who is personable, organized, has a desire to work in a fast-paced work environment and is adaptable to ever changing situations. The company offers competitive daily rate and benefits.
This person will direct the HR practices and strategies in support of the critical customer-facing and firm administrative functions of the business. We are looking for someone who can work with a Team of over 2000 staff.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute HR strategies and activities that foster growth, innovation, and organizational effectiveness
· Oversees the analysis, maintenance, and communication of labour records.
· Assist in the recruitment efforts to fill vacant positions, including development of position descriptions for new roles
· Coordinate management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review and health and safety practices.
Requirements:
- Excellent problem solving/judgment skills and high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to coordinate and implement policies and procedures remotely.
- Must have minimum of CIPD accreditation.
