What’s the purpose of role:
As HR Compliance Administrator you will sit within our HR function, reporting into the Compliance Manager and working closely to support the needs of the wider HR and Recruitment Teams. You will be expected to undertake compliance checks on vetting packs to ensure that all our new starters are fully compliant in line with the CAA (Civil Aviation Authorities) standards.
Who you’ll deal with:
Internal: Operations Managers, HR Team
External: Candidates and external stakeholders
What you’ll be doing:
- Complete compliance checks on vetting packs ensuring all background checks on prospective employees comply with CAA standards for airside and non-airside roles
- Work alongside the compliance team to sign off candidates referencing packs in a timely manner
- Provide feedback on any vetting pack that has been rejected as it doesn’t comply with CAA standards
- Answer any queries as to why a vetting pack has been rejected
- Liaise with the internal referencing team and external stakeholders to uphold the referencing standards that we have
- Invite candidates in for an induction at their prospective units once you have signed them off
- Update relevant trackers to reflect the candidate’s new status
- Prioritise and manage own workloads effectively

What you’ll have:
- Previous compliance experience, and be confident using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbally and written
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and organisation
- Show the ability to think outside the box
- Can do attitude, and be disciplined in your work
- Be hands on, with the ability to high the ground running
- Understand the importance of and demonstrate a professional attitude and approach
- Willingness to learn our compliance airside and non-airside standards
