Wise May are looking for a HR Business Partner to join this rapidly growing business in the heart of the City. A real opportunity to bring best practice idea’s and strategies to life.

Working closely with the Head of HR.
Acting as one of the two HRBP's for the company in the UK.
HR Business Partner with Stake Holders in a global capacity experience would be beneficial but not essential.
Flexible Industry experience - ideally looking for someone with fresh ideas and a fresh perspective.
Passionate about the people side of Human Resources and getting involved with projects around DE and I and Well Being as well as support the transition to a new HRIS.

Duties will include recruitment, rewards, employee cycle, performance management, updating policies and procedures, reports and audits and salary reviews.
You will build strong internal relationships and work closely with the HR Team whilst working independently managing your own stakeholder group.
You will be a team player, highly organised and approachable.
