Product Merchandiser
A unique and growing lingerie brand, based in vibrant Soho in central London is looking to grow their team!
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic start up and help to shape the future success of this growing business.
As Product Merchandiser, you will come from a Buying and Merchandising background and will be pivotal in leading and managing the product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to execution.
Your key responsibility is to develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the brand's vision, market trends, and customer demands.
You will:
- Lead the end-to-end product development process spanning design, sourcing and production.
- Plan product assortments, pricing strategies, and inventory management to optimize sales and profitability.
- Set line assortment and merchandising
- Supplier negotiation and management
- Monitor product performance, sales trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
The ideal candidate will have dual Buying and Merchandising experience and understand product and sourcing as well as the financial KPI's behind a successful and coherent range.

Salary: £45,000.00-£52,000.00 per year
