We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join us to develop and implement in partnership with our Senior Managers a HR Business Plan, aligned to the overall Group HR Business Plan. You will proactively build, maintain and foster professional relationships with key members of the management teams within TrustFord and implement Human Resources strategies that support the Group Business Strategy and the Organisation’s strategic vision and business priorities
The successful candidate will be HR Degree or CIPD Qualified and be passionate about the HR Service. You will have outstanding written and verbal communications skills and a strong business and HR acumen, including the ability to diagnose and analyse problems and drive appropriate solutions and business strategies.
This is a regional role covering our dealerships throughout the North West / Yorkshire & Birmingham and will involve travelling to the sites.
