We have an exciting HR Business Partner role!
As the HRBP you’ll work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to build organisation and people capability across department functions. Shaping and implementing effective people strategies within the business, you’ll have an excellent understanding of the organisations, it’s strategy and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and delivering the HR plan, working in collaboration with the business and across the wider team
- Developing plans to grow leaders at all levels, ensuring they’re equipped with technical, behavioural and leadership capability
- Working with leaders to create talent plans, facilitating talent development and succession, whilst identifying and promoting opportunities to grow early talent
- Knowledgeable in key aspects of Organisational Design processes
- Supporting wellbeing, influence practical solutions to improve Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion
- Delivering an engagement plan appropriate to department needs, contributing to creative solutions
