What kind of candidates are we looking for?

We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals with an ability to deliver strategic acquisition and awareness of strategies, with a commercial mindset.

The ideal candidate will have good planning, prioritisation, time management and organisational skills.

This is an entry-level opening position with scope to develop within our business.

Candidates must have a BA (Hons) degree (or equivalent) in either Marketing / Business Management or similar including a 1 year Placement (4 year course in total).

Graduates who have qualified between 2021 – 2023 academic years will be considered.

Degrees must be of 2:1 or 1st level qualification level.

We are unable to provide any visa sponsorship so you must have a full right to live and work in the UK with no end date or dependencies.

What is the role?

The primary objective of the role is to support the Head of E-Commerce with conversion strategies to achieve sales and profit. To maintain current and develop new B2B Partnerships including Garmin Health transacted through Garmin.com to meet sales and profit targets.

The role will be across all Garmin UK’s three key segments in Marine, Outdoor and Fitness. This involves harnessing the work of the Marketing team to launch exciting new products, as well as working within our EMEA and Operations teams to deliver an online promotional roadmap.

You will support and work alongside our Digital Marketing & Paid Search Specialists, to identify and optimise our SEO and Paid Search strategies as well as collaborating with marketing, logistics, and other departments to ensure smooth e-commerce operations, promotional campaigns, and cohesive customer experiences.

You will deliver agreed online sales plan for each segment, setting core KPIs (Sales, Traffic, AOV and Conversion) through a robust budgeting process, taking into consideration key calendar events.

Where will you be working?

The Garmin UK & Ireland team is located at the Garmin Europe Head Office in Totton, Southampton on the edge of the New Forest, Hampshire.
