About The Role
We’re recruiting for a highly credible HR Business Partner who’s on their game: proactive, meticulous, creative, collaborative. We’re looking for a someone who’s a natural when it comes to creating trusted relationships with stakeholders, bringing solid experience, bags of energy and sound expertise to all things human resources.
Based in Aberdeen, you’ll partner with business leaders and the senior leadership team to tactically deliver people plans, generalist HR advice and assistance to managers and employees at TAC Healthcare Group. You’ll be the first point of contact for our management teams, providing support on performance management, disciplinaries, grievances, organisational change and various other people matters.
You’ll accurately manage a challenging workload and some project work at any given time, so you’ll need to be flexible and resilient in your approach in order to deliver positive outcomes.
A natural collaborator will thrive in this role, as being adept at rapidly building rapport and trust with key stakeholders and managers is crucial. You’ll have a dynamic and bright personality, with a keen eye for detail to really “get” the needs of the business. You will also:
- Actively engage with managers and business leaders across TAC Healthcare, whilst striking up solid relationships with our COO and CEO.
- Support the People strategy by ensuring expert HR management advice, offering guidance on all aspects of HR to support organisational change and other group initiatives.
- Be responsive and concise in your work, making sure our HR processes, procedures and activity are efficient, impactful and low risk.
- Regularly collaborate with a variety of other departments such as payroll, recruitment, and shared services so that our managers and business leaders experience a joined-up service from our people teams.
- Be a confident influencer with stakeholders and managers to drive policy compliance, ensure consistency and champion best practice.
- Work to have a positive impact and contribution to our Business Unit and Service Line plans, workforce planning and development of organisational capabilities.
Experience / Qualifications
Experience working with employment law / knowledge is essential, and ideally, you’ll have worked in a healthcare setting or a similarly regulated environment.
You’ll be professionally qualified either with the CIPD or to degree level, with outstanding people skills that help you to influence a real variety of stakeholders and managers.
