HR Business Partner - HR Business Partner (6 Month Fixed Term Contract)
Location: REMOTE
Salary: £50,000
Job Type: Full Time
- Ideally TUPE / International experience.
- Ideally you will be from a Tech / Comms / Agency / Marketing background.
- You must be able to start this month or worst case first week of June.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, talent development, performance management, and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures in line with the company's goals and objectives
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing candidates to onboarding
- Implement and manage performance management processes, ensuring they are aligned with business goals and objectives
- Develop and implement talent management strategies including training and development programs, succession planning, and career development plans
- Manage employee relations and provide guidance to managers and employees on HR issues and policies
- Manage the company's employee benefit plans, including health and wellness programs, retirement benefits, and insurance policies
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations
- Collaborate with management to evaluate and enhance HR metrics, including employee retention, engagement, and satisfaction
- Prepare regular HR reports and present findings to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team-player
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Experience with HR software and systems
- Certification in HR (preferred)
