We're seeking an HR Business Partner to join Penrose Health and drive the optimization of our human resource management. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Support and inspire our Team Leads and Line Managers to maximize the potential of our exceptional healthcare workforce.
- Lead employee relationship management in collaboration with the Central Management Team.
- Implement robust HR processes and policies in compliance with legislation and best practices.
- Ensure day-to-day HR compliance while spearheading improvement projects.
Details:
- Location: Kingfisher Medical Centre SE8 5DA, with flexibility to travel within SE London and work remotely.
- Hours: Full-time or part-time.
- Salary: £55,000-£60,000 pro rata, depending on experience.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and the ability to synthesize information.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize and handle various queries.
Knowledge and experience:
- Understanding of health and wellbeing practices to foster a positive attendance culture.
- Experience in effectively executing disciplinary and grievance procedures within a medium-sized organization.
- Ideally, hold a degree in Human Resources or a related field, or possess CIPD qualification at level 5 or above.
- Thorough and up-to-date knowledge of employment law and emerging HR trends.
- Experience in developing and implementing new HR policies and procedures.

We're a small group of close-knit surgeries in South East London on a mission to deliver the best healthcare to our patients. We use a multidisciplinary approach – bringing together GPs, Nurses, HCAs, Pharmacists, Paramedics, Mental Health Nurses and our non-clinical team to deliver an efficient and effective service with best in class outcomes for patients.
With high levels of patient satisfaction (> 4* on Google at all our sites) and low waiting times, we've been able to grow to over 70,000 patients and we continue to grow at a rapid pace.
We serve our patients across 8 CQC 'Good' rated sites in Lambeth, Southwark and Lewisham, with each site having its own dedicated multidisciplinary team. You'll join one of these site-based teams but you'll be part of the larger Penrose Health family as well!
