We are looking for a talented HR Business Partner to join our client's dynamic team in Cardiff. As an HRBP, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work culture, driving employee engagement, and providing strategic HR support to a diverse workforce.

At presen they employee 250 staff; these roles vary from Administrators to Clinical Staff. As HR Business Partner you will sit within our small, but effective Head Offce team.

Work with managers to define people priorities that align with the experience we want to create for our workforce.- Provide HR insight.
- Work with the wider HR team and organisation to co-design the right people products/initiatives.
- Plan, forecast, coordinate and broker HR activity (oversee delivery by calling upon the services of others).
- Facilitate discussions around change and transformation.
- Deliver products that encourage our people to take ownership of their own performance, careers and learning, but providing them with a range of different options, resources and experiences.
- Work with leaders to identify and develop their talent and ensure we create as many career defining experiences for all our people e.g. learning resources, peer to peer learning, mentoring, job shadowing, projects etc.
- Own the employee life cycle and key People practices for the departments such as induction, workforce planning, reward and recognition, career progression, engagement survey action planning.
- Deliver Diversity and Inclusion interventions to raise awareness, encourage open and honest conversations and allow our people to be themselves at work.
- Position and market ideas so the organisation understands the benefits.
- Work with people managers to support them to identify, build relationships with and attract future talent.
- Build our insight in how our people feel and what's important to them.
- Provide development for managers on how to facilitate team reviews, setting goals and measuring results and how to have regular and human conversations.
- Work to create a seamless employee experience (with HR team and other support functions).
- Conduct site visits, liaising with teams to ensure consistency, build relationships and offer one to one support.
- Oversee employee engagement activities such as wellbeing initiatives and awards, and reward and recognition schemes.
- Lead the Staff Representative Group; arranging quarterly meetings, creating agendas, chairing meetings and ensuring appropriate information is fed back by way of organisational updates and consultation.
- Keeping abreast of legal matters that may affect the company.
- Liaise with accounts/ payroll with any staff personal details, salary and role changes.
- Ensure timely reports are submitted to payroll with details of new starters/leavers/variations to T&Cs.
- Support in the monitoring, continuous improvement and implementation of HR systems
- Provide line management support to the HR Admin and Recruitment and Onboarding Officer:
- Lead on the well-being strategy for the Organisation.
- Ensure all accreditations/awards are kept up to date and where relevant and look to improve on these.
- Ensure timely Manager Monthly Reports and Quarterly Reports are sent, highlighting areas for development.
- Develop and deliver training packages.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
The Successful Applicant
- CIPD qualification, or equivalent
- Management qualification, such as ILM
- Ability to work effectively with people regardless of their ethnic, cultural, social backgrounds, their gender, age, religious belief, disability and sexual orientation.
- A good understanding of the legal requirements relating to Data Protection and Recruitment practices.
What's on Offer
- £28,000 to £30,000
- Work from home 1 to 2 days per week
- 25 Days annual leave increasing to 27 days after 1 years of service, then increasing to 32 days + bank with length of service
