£60,381 - £67,348 per annum
About the Role
Nottingham Trent University is a successful and ambitious university that is recognised for its innovation and inclusivity and being bold enough to do things differently. This is an exciting time to join the HR team focused on ‘Empowering People’ a key theme in delivering the strategic plan ‘University, reimagined’.
You will be supporting three academic schools to deliver their ambitions and the strategic agenda through their people. You'll be working in partnership with the school leadership teams building influential relationships and becoming a trusted partner. You and your team will provide expert advice and guidance including effective strategies for creating an positive and engaging environment. You will be supporting managers to embedding equality, inclusivity and diversity into all people plans and HR initiatives.
As the HRBP, you would be the key link between the business and the wider HR team and would work closely with all HR colleagues to deliver the HR priorities.
