People Partner (Maternity Cover)

This role is an essential cog in our People Team, working directly with the Retail leadership, field and store teams to deliver commercial and essential people-related activity. Your week will involve anything from developing and delivering talent interventions, to managing and supporting our colleagues in human centred processes, through to enabling key reward activity. No week is the same, and you get to do it alongside a fantastic team and in a vibrant and growing brand.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Working with our Head Office People Partner to spot opportunities to align and create a consistent MV employee experience across all areas
- Owning the Retail Talent Management process, ensuring high potential in Retail is identified and supported
- With the team, you will execute the employee lifecycle seamlessly, compliantly and accurately, also making sure every interaction our colleagues have with our team results in a positive impact
- Managing and staying close to people employee relations matters, spot trends, identify risks/opportunities and work to create solutions
- Developing and delivering the Retail employee brand experience at all touch points, including recruitment and onboarding
- Proactively, you will keep up to date with any legal developments across all markets, attending relevant webinars and events, and reading articles to contribute towards our relevant activity
