MidKent College is at the heart of the education sector in South East England, and a College which Ofsted recognised as Good for overall effectiveness, in a November 2018 inspection.
We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Business Partner to champion the provision of a high quality proactive HR service, to the College and any subsidiary companies, which is focused on supporting managers, departments and staff.

Details of the role
The successful candidate will have responsibility for working in partnership with managers to deliver College and departmental objectives by providing an HR consultancy and advisory service on issues affecting staff and the terms of their employment with the College, supporting business planning processes, analysing management information to ensure an effective HR service for departments throughout the College.
Provide expert advice, guidance and interpretation of employment law and conditions of service for all managers and staff promoting the consistent application of local HR policies and practices across the College and working closely with HR colleagues to support the delivery of the HR service in line with best practice and high quality standards.
Interviews will be held on Thursday, 15 June 2023.
Job Requirements
You will have experience working as an HR Business Partner or an HR Advisor and be willing to work towards the CIPD Level 7 qualification.
Previous experience of working in an educational setting is desirable.
