Seeking an HR Business Partner / HR Manager who has supported a global technology client group or a technology business undergoing change. I have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a strategic and pragmatic individual to support this client for a 9 month fixed term contract.
Key accountabilities for the role will be supporting the International Technology business units to provide broad HR support on all aspects of the employee lifecycle including talent management, engagement & employee experience, employee relations, reward and strategic people projects.
This is a unique opportunity for an HR Business Partner with sound experience within an HR Partnering role in a global, matrix environment.
Skills & experience required:
- Have supported either a technology client group or worked in an HR role within the technology sector in a multinational environment
- Ability to manage stakeholders internally and externally within a challenging environment and influence accordingly
- Broad experience in all aspects of an HR generalist role
- Experience of managing change and driving HR initiatives in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Demonstrable commercial and pragmatic approach to human capital solutions
- High level influencing and communication skills
