Job description
The Sr. HR Business Partner is responsible for organizational effectiveness, talent management, performance management and positive work environment for all business lines in his or her portfolio. The Sr. HR Partner executes HR strategy and designs specific tactics to assist business leaders in meeting their organization goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- This position provides overall leadership and guidance of the HR function by identifying, implementing and executing HR programs and business outcomes such as performance optimization, alignment of compensation rewards to performance, employee development, talent management and succession planning.
- It is responsible for identifying and implements organizational structures, in partnership with management, which will achieve business results aligned to their strategic plan.
- The Sr. HR Business Partner leads and participates in key division meetings to support the implementation of business strategies, and collect feedback.
- The Sr. HR Business Partner pro-actively assesses business situation and needs to develop action plans and recommendations to address issues identified.
- Partners with leadership to facilitate workforce transformation strategies, such as identifying new assignments, executing RIFs and developing requests for additional headcount.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5-7 Years of experience in Human Resources roles
- Supervisory experience Human Resources
- Familiarity with employee databases
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
