HR Business Partner
We have an exciting opportunity for a proven HR Generalist to partner our Corporate Services, IT and Gardens Directorates, at our Kew and Wakehurst sites. This role sits on the HR Management Team and works with colleagues across the department to deliver HR services and our People and Culture Strategy.

As the first point of contact on people issues for senior management you will have excellent influencing and relationship building skills, especially as advising, problem-solving and identifying effective and workable solutions will be an important part of the role.
You will be a member of CIPD, or graduate member working towards full membership, with a proven background in a busy HR generalist role.
This role is based at Kew with the option of regular home working, subject to operational requirements.

The salary will be £40,301 - £45,404 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
