Job Summary: Our company is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent for a variety of positions across the organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies to attract and retain top candidates. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in recruitment and talent acquisition, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess qualifications and fit with the company culture
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including creating job postings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future positions
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and external recruiting partners
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in recruiting software and social media platforms
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £40,677.83-£83,415.28 per year
