Our HR Business Partner will provide a highly professional operational People Partner delivery to Heads and managers across the College. Improving the performance of people across college and allocated departments in line with our Operational plan and associated People Strategy.

You will work in partnership with the key stakeholders, pro-actively coaching managers and leaders on all aspects of people management, leadership and development. You will be part of the team to build our organisation and people capability in the short, medium and long term across the employee lifecycle, working as a role model for our values.

Here at the College the HR Business Partnering team are key to us achieving our aims, by building trusting relationships within the Business and delivering key people initiatives, working collaboratively across college.
