Location: London based, Shoreditch (Hybrid Working Opportunities)
Salary: £64,970 - £67,970 per annum, based on experience
Working Hours: Full Time
Contract: Permanent
Here at the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA), we are recruiting a Senior HR Business Partner to join the team, based in London, UK.
The Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) is the UK’s independent regulator for advertising and works to ensure that ads across UK media are legal, decent, honest, and truthful. Our work includes acting on and investigating complaints as well as proactively monitoring and acting against misleading, harmful, or offensive ads.
Our people are a key asset. The Senior HR Business Partner will be instrumental in helping us deliver our strategic objectives by leading on the development and implementation of our People Strategy, related plans, processes, systems, and other initiatives. You will partner closely with the Senior Management Team, using evidence-based practice to ensure we achieve the very best business outcomes. Through effective management of a small but passionate and talented team you will ensure that our HR function meets and exceeds the diverse needs of all internal and external stakeholders.
You will be an experienced HR professional who takes a strategic approach to organisational development and HR processes. You’ll be a team player and able to build relations internally including with senior colleagues and across departments.
