Job description
1. To initiate and lead the workforce development and resourcing strategy for the CDC Programme that reflects the needs of the programme as it moves through its critical path.2. Liaise with clinical leads and regional clinical workforce specialists to understand the workforce role requirements and work with them to put in place appropriate resourcing solutions3. To liaise with the Recruitment and Temporary Staffing teams in the respective Trusts and ensure the resourcing activity to the CDC programme across the 3 Trusts is well managed and co-ordinated.
