We’re currently looking for a full time Sales Associate to join our welcoming and close-knit Harrods family in our Luxury Linens department. Whether you’re looking for your first break into retail, or have experience which you want to build upon, we have a space for you.

About the Role

Our Sales Associates are at the heart of what we do, they live and breathe our core values and they strive to make anything possible for our customers. Our Luxury Linens department is about partnering with every customer, understanding the brief even to the smallest detail. We build sustainable relationships with customers, being product experts and at the forefront of what’s hot right now - working with some of the most luxurious and high-end linens brands to ensure customers come back time and again.

About You

You’ll be responsible for providing a world-class, personal customer service, demonstrating exceptional product knowledge, and building quality customer relationships to achieve business goals whilst being an ambassador for the values and Harrods brand.

You will also:

• Be confident using the MS-Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
