Position: HR Business Partner
Location: Remote (covering Thorne and Milton Keynes)
Salary: £40,000
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-time)
Shift pattern: Monday-Friday. Day-time hours

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HRBP for our Inside Track team!
We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- HR Business Partner responsibilities for our Operational team, coving our Consumer customer sites in Thorne and Milton Keynes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the business and partner with members of the business management team to align HR activities to the business strategy.
- Support the ER agenda and lead / support relationships and key processes.
- Deploy the Business HR Priorities, as directed e.g. labour flexibility, OMS, LPMC, payroll optimisation, T&C's standardisation.
- Ensure employee performance management (sickness, discipline, grievance) is robustly supported.
- Support managers to develop and deliver solutions for workforce planning and management including organisation design, forecasting resourcing needs , agency and identifying future talent requirements.
- Support with employee satisfaction, performance, retention and effective communication at sites.
- Support managers to manage data, ensure data quality and deliver HR processes along the HR life cycle (e.g. bonus and merit review, Talent Management, Development Reviews).
- Act as an advisor to managers to support compliance with HR policies.

- Previous HR experience within a similar role is essential.
- Previous business change experience is essential - TUPE, redundancies, restructures, consultations.
- Understanding of the Supply Chain business and knowledge of operations.
- Union experience would be beneficial.
- The ability to build and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships
- Previous experience supporting ER Agendas and key processes.
- A CIPD level 5 Qualification or equivalent.
- Have a can-do attitude and resilience.
