This role would suit a candidate CIPD Qualified Candidate. Financial Services, Banking or Fintech Sector experience would be beneficial, but not essential. We are looking for a driven HR Business Partner, with proven experience within a dynamic and fast paced role.
Requirements -
· Set up of confluence, experience of Office 5, Hibob
· On boarding experience looking after the Admin within the process too
· Running wellbeing sessions and supporting organisation of those and clan days
· HR Policy experience and updating
· Recently achieved CIPD perhaps and hungry, excited about HR
· Task to increase Office5 score
· Involved in strategy to look after people
· UK Employment experience
· Keen to prove themselves and bright eyed
