Senior HR Business Partner | East Midlands – hybrid | Permanent | £60,000 base, £5,500 car allowance, 17.5% bonus paid quarterly, annual profit share and additional benefits including private medical.
Are you an experienced HR Business Partner looking for a new opportunity in a very fast paced, expanding business? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Business Partner in the East Midlands. This is a home-based role with occasional travel to the six sites you will be responsible for. Reporting to the Head of HR Business Partnering, you will be providing business partnering support to a senior stakeholder group and driving the growth and development of the people function. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an excellent stakeholder experience while collaborating with the talented people teams. To succeed in this role, you will have a business and customer focused mindset. This role will be supporting senior leaders to ensure their business area and functions are fit for high performance and growth by supporting them to develop their structures, ensure they have the right people, skills and experience to enable the achievement of business goals and deliver an excellent colleague experience.

What we are looking for:
Technical Skills:
CIPD qualified.
Demonstrable experience in an operational HR and/or business partnering role.
Experience supporting a multi-site organisation.
Experience and resilience in coaching managers and stakeholders.
Strong expertise in managing employee relations caseloads and resolving issues efficiently.
Experience advising on and developing plans to address performance shortfalls.
Ability to plan an present training effectively to managers.
Ability to apply sound people management practices to build high-performing teams.
Ability to analyse data, derive insights, and propose effective solutions.
Ability to work effectively and inclusively with a range of people to ensure targets are achieved.
Ability to focus own activity on agreed individual and team priorities and deadlines, getting things done efficiently and effectively; informing others when targets can’t be met.
Experience of providing relevant and timely information to support the delivery and monitoring of project plans and budgets.
Ability to tailor communications to influence, appeal to, include and engage different audiences.
Ability to travel across the UK with flexibility for occasional overnight stay.
