Job description
Reeds Rains in Eccleshall are looking for a highly motivated Estate Agent to join our estate agency branch on a full time, permanent basis.
This branch is part of National Home Move who are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.
As a negotiator you will:
- Register Customers and carry out property matches for both Sales and Lettings properties
- Generate and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers between all parties
- Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
- Display excellent customer service at all times
- Job Type: Full-time – permanent
Industry experience is preferable but not essential as full training will be provided.
In return we offer:
- On Target Earning (OTE) Pay £20000 - £22000 per annum
- Basic salary £19,000 plus 6 months guaranteed commission pay
- 5 day working week, to include Saturdays on rota

It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
