Our HR team at Certas Energy currently have an excellent opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join us on a Permanent basis.
We are looking for a team player, who will build and maintain strong business relationships within a fast-paced organisation, ensuring relevant business leaders are supported and coached to help improve business efficiencies. In addition to this, you will build management and leadership capability in all people related matters, to support the business leaders in meeting their overall strategic aims.
You will use your HR expertise to deliver relevant, strategic and proactive Business Partner solutions, which are aligned to the company vision, purpose and values. Your key activities will centre around championing local a Engagement agenda, embedding the talent agenda, and building strong succession pipelines to push our personal development agenda.
This role provides the opportunity to actively contribute to the creation of the people strategy in-line with the strategic and operational plans and assist in ensuring its translation into respective business areas.

We’re looking for:
- A strategic partner with experience working in a multi-site environment
- Experience of working within a multi-faceted stakeholder group
- Financial awareness with commercial acumen
- Ability to build capability within a stakeholder group
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to influence and coach
- CIPD accreditation
- TUPE experience would be desirable
