Salary: £22,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM

Responsibilities :As an HR Administrator Assistant, you will be involved in various HR processes, providing essential support to our HR team. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
Helping with the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records and updating HR databases.
Assisting in the administration of employee benefits and leave programs.
Participating in HR-related communication and initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
Supporting the HR team in enhancing company policies and procedures.
Assisting with employee performance management processes, such as evaluations and feedback sessions.
Responding to employee inquiries and providing exceptional HR-related support.
